Ian’s success story goes from starting as a Serviceman in 1983 to Chief Operating Officer in 2004 and to Regional Vice President for Customer Experience in 2008 before retiring from Cable & Wireless (T/A LIME) in 2013.
Ian is a member of the Information Communications Technology Authority Board of Directors and is currently the Director of E-Government for the Cayman Islands Government.
He worked his way through many areas of the technical operations in Cable & Wireless (Cayman Islands) Ltd. before becoming a Senior Manager with responsibilities for customer service, sales and marketing where he further developed his passion for customer experience.
He has extensive experience in: Financial Performance Management, Operations Management, Business Process Reengineering, Project Management, Customer Experience Strategy, Customer Services, Business & Consumer Sales, Human Resource Management and Network Operations.
